Desmonique Stubbs
Executive Director / Founder

Desmonique is a senior at Acadia University where she is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree with Honours in Accounting. In the past, she has held internships with Ernst and Young Bahamas, Baha Mar Resort and Fidelity Bank Bahamas. She serves as the Vice President of Finance for the Black Students' Association at Acadia and volunteers with the Wolfville Nursing Home in Canada.
In January 2019, Desmonique founded Disrupt Bahamas. Always at the forefront of change, She wanted to inspire and empower the youth of the Bahamas to do the same.
As Executive Director, she develops innovative and integrated programs that target specific areas of concern within our Bahamian society. Desmonique collaborates with our team and other companies to generate practical solutions that propel us to greater heights as a country.
