Having witnessed our fellow youth in the Bahamas face challenges in career paths from the lack of support, resources, and knowledge, the idea of facilitating an advancement aid for youth sparked. Disrupt emerged in a pursuit to inspire and support the community, and a desire for actions to speak louder than words. Today’s challenges require problem-solvers who offer differing perspectives and are willing to take risks. Our organization is comprised of a group of highly driven, goal-oriented, young individuals, with a strong will for helping young people adjust and excel in a world of choices.
